1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after receiving an advance payment.

The advance amount is non-refundable and blocks the date exclusively for the client.

Dates are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. In case of rescheduling, we will try to accommodate based on availability.

If unavailable, the advance will not be refunded.

2. Payment Terms

Events (general): Minimum 30% advance required.

Weddings & Pre-weddings: Minimum 30% advance required.

The remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery of photos/videos.

Delay in payment will delay delivery.

3. Coverage & Responsibilities

We will make every effort to capture all key moments and rituals.

However, due to the live and dynamic nature of events, some moments may be missed due to:

Time constraints

Lack of coordination

Unexpected delays or restrictions

Clients are requested to assign a coordinator (family/friend) to help identify important moments and people.

4. Important Moments Disclaimer

Clients must inform us in advance about priority rituals or must-capture moments.

While we aim for complete coverage, missing a specific moment will not be considered a reason for full payment refusal.

5. Creative Style & Editing

Clients acknowledge that they are familiar with our style and portfolio.

Editing, color grading, and overall output will be as per our creative vision.

Unedited/raw files will not be provided.

6. Delivery Timeline

Timelines may vary based on workload and project scale.

7. Delays & Uncontrollable Conditions

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

Weather conditions

Lighting limitations at venue

Restrictions by venue authorities

Late event starts or schedule changes

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Advance payment is non-refundable.

In case of rescheduling, we will try to accommodate based on availability.

If unavailable, the advance will not be refunded.

9. Usage Rights

CB Visuals retains the right to use photos/videos for:

Portfolio

Social media

Promotional purposes

Clients can request privacy in advance.

10. Client Cooperation

Smooth coordination from the client side is essential.

Any miscommunication or lack of cooperation affecting coverage is not our responsibility.

11. Delivery Policy

Final deliverables will be shared only after full payment clearance.

No raw or partially edited work will be delivered before payment completion.

12. Limitation of Liability

In case of unforeseen technical failure, loss, or damage, liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

We always take necessary precautions to avoid such situations.

13. Agreement

By booking our services, the client agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
